Troubleshooting all user related cases that are connected to exchange server.

Performing exchange related tasks using PowerShell console.

Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related Windows server and hardware concepts.

Troubleshoot Lync client issues related to IM, Voice, Video, Desktop Sharing, etc.

Working on database failover and DAG replication issues.

Resolving incidents affecting the operation/availability of Exchange production systems.

Exchanging Patch management- install and monitor the security patches on Exchange production environment.

Handling Outlook, OWA, ActiveSync, unified voice message related issues.

Analyzing message tracking logs for email delivery issues.

Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, and working on mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR.

Monitoring the overall health of the Exchange Subsystem.
